who we are
After years of successfully impacting the people of Arkansas through health education and disease prevention-two leading healthcare foundations-Cardiology Associates Foundation and Clopton Clinic Foundation- are joined together to form one self-sustaining, unaffiliated foundation-the Community Health Education Foundation (CHEF).
CHEF is in our state for our state. Our foundation will serve as a vehicle to improve public health, by providing maintenance and preventative disease educational activities, programs and services throughout the communities, corporations and schools.
